  • Month of Content: Pre-scheduled and developed content for a full month, including posts, graphics, videos, and other related materials.

  • Service Not Rendered: If Automated Medi fails to deliver the agreed-upon services without providing any deliverables.

  • Substantial Breach: Significant failure to comply with the terms outlined in the service agreement that materially affects the quality or delivery of services.

  • Month of Content: Fees for the creation and scheduling of a month's worth of content are non-refundable once the content has been developed and scheduled for publication.
